John Jedzinak

John Jedzinak, AIA, is a registered architect in the District of Columbia, a certified Project Management Professional, and a LEED accredited professional. Currently, he is a Jurisdiction Executive at the Architect of the Capitol, which is responsible for the care and operation of the U.S. Capitol campus.  In this role, he supports the strategic planning, resourcing, and execution of projects within the agency’s Library Buildings and Grounds Jurisdiction.  John previously worked at architecture firms in New York City and Washington, DC for clients in government and education.

John volunteers with the Dupont Circle Conservancy, which promotes the preservation of the historic and architectural character of the greater Dupont Circle neighborhood. He served as its president from 2015 to 2020.

John is also an Eagle Scout and continues to enjoy camping and the outdoors.  He lives with his wife in Washington, DC.
